At my Gammy and Gandaddy's house in Orlando there is a showcase of all the food that our family has enjoyed over the years. We consider the dishes comfort food. The list contains anything from inside jokes to loved classics. Some of the food may not be as delicious as some other gourmet dishes, but the idea that they are "family recipes" past down over so many years makes them that much more special. Without these recipes my family meals would not be the same! It's funny how over so many years the recipes remain and only improve.
